Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at printservice.store. We take pride in delivering high-quality custom print services and products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- In cases of defective products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on your preference.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made, the following are non-returnable:
- Personalized or custom print products (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at support@printservice.store with your order number and details.
5. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. How to Start a Return

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
- Contact your bank.
